Privacy statement.

Last updated: September 2026

This statement explains what personal data we collect when you send us a message or an inquiry through this site, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

Who processes your data

What data we collect

We collect data in two cases:

  • Contact form:name, email address and the message.
  • Wholesale inquiry:company or craft name, contact person's name, email, phone and the inquiry itself.

We do not ask for or collect more data than is needed to answer your message or inquiry. Orders are not taken through the site, only by phone.

Why we process it and on what basis

We use the data solely to answer your message or inquiry and to contact you about it when needed. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering your message (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

How long we keep the data

We do not store messages or inquiries on our server. They remain in the message our staff received (Telegram and/or email) for as long as it takes to answer you and agree on the details, and are deleted at your request.

Who we share the data with

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. Messages sent through the contact form and wholesale inquiries are not stored on our server; they are automatically forwarded to our staff via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) and/or email. Note that Telegram may process data on servers outside the European Union.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking cookies. For basic visit statistics (visits and page views) we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites and collects no data that could personally identify you. The statistics are aggregate and anonymous.

The locations map is a drawn illustration served from our own site - it uses no external service and sends nothing to third parties. We store nothing in your browser and set no cookies.

Your rights

At any time you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. For any of these, contact us at the email or phone above.

If you believe we are not processing your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
